It’s science..we have the coolest, warmest, and most welcoming private event space in the City of Chicago. Whether you’re trying to throw an awesome wedding party, office outing, special event, fundraiser, game nights, birthday party, or baby showers.. we got you! The coolest part about hosting an event at Bookclub is that you receive full access to our state of the art digital LED screen system that allows you to custom brand your event, as well as be supported by in-house professional lighting/audio engineers to make the whole building look and feel like it’s just for you! We can custom set the color tones, videos, lighting, and production throughout the space. It’s lit!
Building Overview
Both floors of the Bookclub venue are available for rental, together, or apart. Renting both floors holds a total capacity of 230 people. Each floor is also available to rent on its own, with varying capacities. The Top floor boasts a bar/cafe that was beautifully designed by local Chicago artists, and features design elements that are historical to the Lakeview neighborhood and Northside of Chicago. The top floor also includes state of the art audio, lighting, and ceiling to floor LED panel screen that was designed/installed by AV Chicago.
The bottom floor, which features a brand new music venue and bar, is the perfect place to host an event that will leave your guests feeling amazed and dazed by the beauty, production, and uniqueness of this entertainment space. Both floors are perfectly suited for any and all needs to transform the venue into one of the best events you’ve ever hosted.
